POMONA, Calif. - Results of final, round 4 eliminations in Funny Car at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, 53rd annual Auto Club NHRA Finals:

Johnson has one win and four runnerups already this year. He has a career win/loss record on 16-28. Hight has four wins an two runner ups on his way to the 2017 Championship, with a career win/loss advantage of 41-22. Both cars have been in the sand box today and Prock said that Hight is running his back up car with a blue Auto Club body from Brittany Force's test car. Hight is 18 - 12 against Johnson Jr. in prior events and Hight is 4 - 0 against Johnson Jr. in prior final rounds.

Johnson gets the starting line advantage and just drives away for the easy win, as Hight's Camaro is smoking the tires after the 60 foot lights.

Tommy Johnson Jr.'s incremental times: 60ft-0.903 sec., 330ft-2.273, 660ft-3.179/283.31 mph.
