POMONA, Calif. - Notes from final, round 4 qualifying in Pro Stock at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, 52nd annual Auto Club NHRA Finals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:

Left Lane: Alan Prusiensky Runs 6.772/179.28, Now #16; Best prior run: 6.659/208.07, Was #16
Right Lane: Deric Kramer Runs 6.673/209.04, Now #15; Best prior run: 6.636/208.59, Was #15

Prusiensky started drifting out of the groove and got over by the wall before he lifted. Kramer was straight down the groove, but will not improve. Deric Kramer's incremental times: 60ft-1.003 sec., 330ft-2.807, 660ft-4.305/164.75 mph, 1,000ft-5.592.

Right Lane: Jeg Coughlin No Time, Now #12; Best prior run: 6.610/208.78, Was #12

Strong with severe tire shake and pushed in the clutch. Coughlin rolled the beam...

Delco is straight down the groove with a real nice pass. This is his quickest pass of the season. Kenny Delco's incremental times: 60ft-0.985 sec., 330ft-2.757, 660ft-4.240/166.27 mph, 1,000ft-5.518. Hartford with another good pass, but will not improve.

No help here for Enders and she will start Sunday from the number 12 spot. Skillman with his quickest pass of the weekend, he ties Delco's E.T. and will get the position based on his faster speed. Drew Skillman's incremental times: 60ft-0.989 sec., 330ft-2.766, 660ft-4.245/166.62 mph, 1,000ft-5.521.

Right Lane: Chris McGaha Runs 6.620/209.07, Now #9; Best prior run: 6.594/209.82, Was #9

Johnson with another good pass, but will not improve and will start Sunday from the number ten spot. Allen Johnson's incremental times: 60ft-0.983 sec., 330ft-2.761, 660ft-4.246/165.90 mph, 1,000ft-5.526. No help here for McGaha...

this was a good looking side-by-side drag race...neither driver will improve here.

Anderson with the quickest short time of the session and he parlays that into the quickest pass of the round. He makes his quickest pass of the weekend, but will stay in the number three spot. Greg Anderson's incremental times: 60ft-0.970 sec., 330ft-2.736, 660ft-4.212/166.93 mph, 1,000ft-5.485. Laughlin with another good pass, but will not improve. Alex Laughlin's incremental times: 60ft-0.981 sec., 330ft-2.758, 660ft-4.244/165.97 mph, 1,000ft-5.520.

Right Lane: Jason Line Runs 6.572/211.00, Now #1; Best prior run: 6.545/211.33, Was #1

Butner made a quick move toward the wall and he reeled it in and made the third quickest pass of the session. He will not improve and will start Sunday from the number two spot. Bo Butner's incremental times: 60ft-0.995 sec., 330ft-2.766, 660ft-4.245/167.03 mph, 1,000ft-5.519. Line with another great pass, the second quickest of the session. He will start Sunday from the number one spot for the eighth time this season and the 49th time in his career. Line will start Sunday with a 23 point lead over Anderson for the Championship.
