Right Lane: Lance Bonham Runs 7.412/182.08, Now #23; Best prior run: 7.161/185.66, Was #23

No improvements and Bonham is done early.

Gunner Courtney's incremental times: 60ft-1.068 sec., 330ft-2.912, 660ft-4.498/152.92 mph, 1,000ft-5.901.

Right Lane: Matt Smith Runs 6.942/193.52, Now #15; Best prior run: 6.941/193.99, Was #15

Smith basically repeats his Q1 performance. Underdahl is just a little slower.

Right Lane: LE Tonglet Runs 6.936/193.93, Now #14; Best prior run: 6.927/195.48, Was #14

Pollacheck's crew is having problems getting the bike started and run out of time. He climes off the bike and walks away.

Tonglet makes a clean pass, but doesn't improve either.

LE Tonglet's incremental times: 60ft-1.070 sec., 330ft-2.891, 660ft-4.434/158.59 mph, 1,000ft-5.781.

Right Lane: Angie Smith No Time, Now #13; Best prior run: 6.922/193.82, Was #13

The "fun" continues, as Smith's bike won't start either and is pushed away. She was the last bike that could bump in this session.

Clean pass for Ellis to stay #11.

Chip Ellis' incremental times: 60ft-1.086 sec., 330ft-2.896, 660ft-4.435/158.67 mph, 1,000ft-5.784.

Nice pass for Krawiec to move into the one more little point range in number 3.

Camarena slows a little.

Freddie Camarena's incremental times: 60ft-1.080 sec., 330ft-2.905, 660ft-4.452/158.39 mph, 1,000ft-5.800.
Eddie Krawiec's incremental times: 60ft-1.074 sec., 330ft-2.857, 660ft-4.380/160.27 mph, 1,000ft-5.713.

Left Lane: Cory Reed Runs 7.017/191.43, Now #9; Best prior run: 6.911/192.80, Was #9
Right Lane: Melissa Surber Runs 6.930/191.54, Now #7; Best prior run: 6.879/193.71, Was #7

Both bikes are off their prior best.

Cory Reed's incremental times: 60ft-1.112 sec., 330ft-2.955, 660ft-4.500/158.48 mph, 1,000ft-5.853.
Melissa Surber's incremental times: 60ft-1.068 sec., 330ft-2.870, 660ft-4.408/158.58 mph, 1,000ft-5.762.

Left Lane: Andrew Hines Runs 6.905/193.24, Now #8; Best prior run: 6.886/195.00, Was #8
Right Lane: Steve Johnson Runs 6.963/191.57, Now #6; Best prior run: 6.872/194.49, Was #6

The weather is impacting almost all of the bikes and these two can't improve either.

Andrew Hines' incremental times: 60ft-1.071 sec., 330ft-2.872, 660ft-4.403/159.06 mph, 1,000ft-5.748.
Steve Johnson's incremental times: 60ft-1.080 sec., 330ft-2.897, 660ft-4.442/158.35 mph, 1,000ft-5.797.

Left Lane: Hector Arana Runs 6.924/195.31, Now #5; Best prior run: 6.870/196.82, Was #4
Right Lane: Angelle Sampey Runs 6.861/193.88, Now #4; Best prior run: 6.872/195.73, Was #5

Sampey makes the second best pass of the session to move up a spot to #4. Arana is slower and gets pushed bach to #5.

Hector Arana's incremental times: 60ft-1.085 sec., 330ft-2.899, 660ft-4.434/159.57 mph, 1,000ft-5.776.
Angelle Sampey's incremental times: 60ft-1.052 sec., 330ft-2.846, 660ft-4.370/160.44 mph, 1,000ft-5.708.

Left Lane: Jerry Savoie Runs 6.856/194.38, Now #1; Best prior run: 6.844/195.93, Was #1
Right Lane: Hector Arana Jr Runs 6.885/194.07, Now #2; Best prior run: 6.857/195.65, Was #2

The good news: Savoie pick up three points, one better than Krawiec, and three better than Hines. The bad news: The bike doesn't slow and he has to fight hard to slow it down. He almost dumps the bike way down track, as the rear tire locks up hard. He drives into the sand and keeps everything standing up. OUCH!

Arana quietly makes a stong pass too and stays #2.

Jerry Savoie's incremental times: 60ft-1.056 sec., 330ft-2.849, 660ft-4.374/160.84 mph, 1,000ft-5.707.
Hector Arana Jr's incremental times: 60ft-1.057 sec., 330ft-2.852, 660ft-4.386/159.17 mph, 1,000ft-5.731.

3:59 p.m. Scotty Pollacheck is on the bump spot at 6.919.
