ENNIS, Texas - Antron Brown powered to the No. 1 qualifier in Top Fuel Saturday at the 31st annual AAA Texas NHRA FallNationals.

Robert Hight (Funny Car), Jason Line (Pro Stock) and Jerry Savoie (Pro Stock Motorcycle) were also No. 1 qualifiers in their respective categories at the 22nd event of 24 on the 2016 NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series schedule. The AAA Texas NHRA FallNationals is the fourth race of the six-race NHRA Mello Yello Countdown to the Championship playoffs.

Top Fuel No. 1 Qualifier Antron Brown drove his Matco Tools Dragster to a 3.682 second pass at 330.55 mph.

Brown earned his third No. 1 qualifier of the season, 47th of his career with his track elapsed time record run from the second session of qualifying. In the first round of eliminations Brown, the Top Fuel points leader and reigning world champion, will race Chris Karamesines.

Funny Car No. 1 qualifier Robert Hight drove his AAA Texas Chevy Camaro to a 3.839 second pass at 332.02 mph.

Hight's track elapsed time record run from Friday night secured him his second No. 1 qualifier of the season, 49th of his career. The 2009 Funny Car champion will battle Brandon Welch in the first round of eliminations.

Pro Stock No. 1 qualifier Jason Line drove his Summit Racing Equipment Chevy Camaro drove his 6.568 second pass at 210.34 mph.

Line's first qualifying session run held up for his seventh No. 1 qualifier of the season and 48th of his career. The Pro Stock points leader will be up against Alan Prusiensky in the opening round of eliminations.

Pro Stock Motorcycle No. 1 qualifier Jerry Savoie rode his White Alligator Racing Suzuki to a 6.805 second pass at 197.31 mph.

Savoie earned his first No. 1 qualifier of the season, fifth of his career in the third round of qualifying. He will face Joe DeSantis in the first round of eliminations on Sunday.
