Line is 21 - 6 against Gray in prior events. Line with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. Line advances the eighth consecutive final round that ties Greg Anderson (2004) for the third most finals in a row in Pro Stock history. (Glidden holds the record with 17 and Lee Shepherd had 16). Gray spun hard right at the hit and pushed in the clutch.

Anderson is 45 - 20 against Johnson in prior events. anderson with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. Johnson clicks it off early Anderson advances to his fifth final this season and they have all been against his teammate Line.
