Todd is 3 - 2 against Force in prior events. They leave together with Todd getting the tick advantage and then from 100 on down Todd had the lead and gets the win. J.R. Todd's MOV: 0.0288 seconds (approximately 14 feet). Todd with his quickest pass of the weekend for the win.

Brown is 16 - 1 against Torrence in prior events. Brown with the slight starting line advantage and they run identical E.T.s so Brown gets the hole shot win. This was a great drag race...Antron Brown's MOV: 0.0087 seconds (approximately 4 feet).

Crampton is 6 - 5 against Langdon in prior events. Langdon with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. Langdon will give up lane choice to Todd in the semifinal. Crampton was on a good pass, but slowed on the top end.

Schumacher is 45 - 32 against Kalitta in prior events. Schumacher with a slight starting line advantage, but Kalitta grabs the lead around 330 feet and holds on for the win in a close one. Doug Kalitta's MOV: 0.0022 seconds (approximately 13 inches). He will give up lane to Brown in the next round.
