Boyer's bike kept going to the right and he tried to shsut it down. but he took out the 660-foot timing reflectors anyway. Meanwhile, Darnell made a nice run for the win.

Len Darnell's incremental times: 60ft-1.121 sec., 330ft-2.850, 660ft-4.228/172.41 mph, 1,000ft-5.412.
