Ferro won for the second time this year driving his Bartone Brothers Racing '15 Camaro as he knocked off Doug Gordon in the funny car final. Gordon's final round showing closed the gap for the funny car title as he is battling point's leader Jonnie Lindberg along with Annie Whiteley and John Lombardo Jr. for the championship.

Craig Bourgeois and crew celebrate win.
Bourgeois, Metairie, La., added to his points lead in Comp Eliminator with a win over Dan Fletcher and his third national event trophy of the year. Both drivers had great reaction times at the start but Bourgeois had the power in his nostalgia dragster to win in 6.952 seconds at 174.46 mph. Bourgeois also won in St. Louis, and in Dallas, and now leads Arnie Martel by 22 points for the championship.

Chad Langdon and crew celebrate win.
In Super Comp it was Chad Langdon earning his fourth NHRA national event Wally trophy with a 9.053-second run on the 9.05 dial. The La Mirada, Calif., racer took a slight lead at the start against Greg Krause and held on for the win as Krause, Escondido, Calif., ran too quick and broke out.

Scott Burton and crew celebrate win.
A pair of Colorado racers scored in Stock and Super Gas as Scott Burton won his third and Troy Grant grabbed his second national event win. Burton and Tyler Wudarczyk left the line together but Burton was better at the strip in his '70 Firebird and Grant won in his '66 Chevy over Eddy Plaizier in 10.038 seconds at 126.74 mph.
