This is the first time Leanders and Payne have faced each other in eliminations. Payne is out of the gate first, but Leanders has the difference made up by the Christmas tree and then was real loose. He stayed with it to take the win by 0.0382 seconds (approximately 15 feet).

This is the first time Harker and Westerfield have faced each other in eliminations. Westerfield with the starting line advantage and had tire shake and clicked it off. Harker launched hard and was straight down the groove for the win. He will have lane choice over Leanders in the final by 0.002 seconds.
