LAS VEGAS - Results of round 2 eliminations in Top Fuel Harley at the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series, Pacific Division, Las Vegas Gambler Showdown Division 7 Finale:

Grimes had problems in round one, but survived.

Both smoked the tires at the green and both dropped a cylinder (that's half of them), then both struggled down the track on reduced power and Grimes got there first by a bunch of feet.

These two made the two quickest runs of the first round, so this looked like it would be a quick, close race.

They were only two thousandths apart at the green and Turner led past the 330-foot marker, but then his front wheel came down and Horne was unchallenged the rest of the way.

Horne will have lane choice against Grimes in the final round.
