Curt Fassler from Marion County International Raceway is th D5 winner. Brad Perkins from Empire Dragway is the D3 runner-up. Fassler is red and Perkins goes to the semifinal.

Eric Boyd from Brainerd Optimist Dragway is the D2W runner-up. Tim Lucas from Fayetteville Motorsports Park is th D9 winner. Boyd with the starting line advantage, but takes too much stripe and breaks out. Lucas with a 0,022 package for the win. He will have lane choice over Perkins in the semifinals.

Alan Glatt from Capital Raceway is the D1 runner-up. Albert Donell from Quaker City Motorsports Park is th D3 winner. Glatt with the starting line advantage and the win by 0.0141 seconds (approximately 3 feet). Glatt will give up lane choice to Boulware in the semifinal.
