This is the first time Pruett and Massey have faced each other in eliminations. Massey with
the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win light. Spencer Massey's MOV: 0.0572
seconds (approximately 27 feet). Pruett with a good clean pass in the losing effort. Massey with
the win moves into the point lead. Massey will give up lane choice in the semifinal.

Kalitta is 1 - 0 against Dakin in prior events. Dakin with a slight starting line and then
smokes the tires and the engine lets go with a quick fireball. Kalitta was straight down the
groove with a real nice pass for the win. Kalitta with the win moves into third in the
points.

is up in smoke right off the starting line. Lucas' car then starts to haze the tires and pushes out
a head gasket on the top end, but takes the win. He will give up lane choice to Kalitta in the
semifinal.Lucas with the win move into a tie with Millican for fifth spot in the points.
