MADISON, Ill. - The fourth X-DRL Nationals - X-TREME GATEWAY SHOWDOWN, Gateway Motorsports Park, Madison, IL

Shortly after the third round of Pro Extreme, the rain returned to Gateway.

The predicted thunderstorm has arrived with a vengeance with a major light show, so the event has been called for the weekend.

The decision on whether the final in Pro Extreme will be run at the coming July 26-27 Mayhem at the Creek event at Maryland International Raceway in Budds Creek, Md. will be made at a later date.
