PETERSBURG, Va. - 11:20 a.m. - A small band of heavy rain drifted across the track at about 10:45 this morning.

The heavy rain did not last long, but it wiped out all the drying work that had been done earlier today.

The current estimate for starting is now between 2 and 3 p.m.
