POMONA, Calif. - Results of round 3 eliminations in Pro Stock Motorcycle at the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, 48th annual Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals:

All of the riders in this round are former Champions. Krawiec is 10 - 4 against Tonglet in prior events.

Krawiec gets the easy win, as Tonglet sits up on his bike before the 330 lights.

He makes another strong pass, looking for lane choice going into the final round.

Hines is 20 - 7 against Smith in prior events. Smith celebrated his 40th birthday yesterday and is looking for a special present today.

In almost a repeat of the last pair. Smith has a small starting line advantage and is 0.016 ahead at sixty feet and then sits up on the bike right after that.

Hines puts another terrific pass together with even better speed and ET from earlier to take lane choice over Krawiec.

Andrew Hines' incremental times: 60ft-1.059 sec., 330ft-2.843, 660ft-4.355/162.25 mph, 1,000ft-5.675.
