Derrick Jackson representing Woodburn Dragstrip from Division Six. This is the fouth time Jackson has earned a trip to Pomona and he was the runner-up in 2006. Adam White representing Royal Purple Raceway from Division Four. White also competes in Competition Eliminator in Division Four. Jackson with the better light, but broke out by more to give White the win. White will face Muller in the semifinal.
