Racing Resumes
By Larry Sullivan

Missed Sessions May Not Be Made Up

POMONA, Calif. - 11:26 a.m. Racing just resumed with the interrupted Super Gas time trial session.

The weather radar and predictions appear to show that the current dry conditions should prevail for several hours.

There is a firm 7 p.m. curfew today (and tomorrow), so any lost time cannot be made up by running later this evening.

The intent is to run the Pro and Alcohol sessions at their scheduled times today, so it is likely that any sessions not run today will be dropped since the schedules for Friday, Saturday and Sunday are just as constrained as today's.
