Shields launched and the rear tired of his dragster went up in smoke. Demke was out in front and popped the blower just past 1,000 feet. Demke got the win and will move on to the next round.

Reichert had this one all the way. He was off the starting line first and pulled away on the track to take the win. He'll have lane choice over Demke in the final round.
