MISSION, B.C. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Top Alcohol Dragster at the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series, Northwest Division, LORDCO Auto Parts BC Nationals at Mission Raceway:

12:04 pm. Severance set low ET yesterday in the heat of the day, what can he do today with even better conditions? Well he lays down an even quicker pass. Severance kept the car straight and narrow and then the blower belt started coming apart at 1200 ft, so how quick could that run have really been?

Martin is out of the gate a little quicker but not by much. Sereda was ahead at the 60ft mark, but Martin had more horses and he goes around him and never looked back. Martin will have a single in the semi-finals.

Gingles has A/Fuel driver/crew chief Larry Miersch helping him out this weekend. What a race! Hunter shakes the tires hard and the body panels started coming apart. Gingles makes his career best ET and MPH and will setup a great race against Severance in the semi-finals.
