BATON ROUGE, La. - Results of final, round 5 eliminations in Quick Rod at the Summit Racing Equipment Pro-Am Tour, Renegades Division 4, day two at State Capitol Raceway:

Brinkley had to scramble bewteen his win in Super Rod and this final round, replacing a head stud. But it was Gray who had mechanical problems after the burnout, the car stumbling and sputtering, then the car just rolled through the beams when he tried to stage it. Brinkley scores a double-up the easy way, uncontested on the second leg.
