GAINESVILLE, Fla. - 11:30 a.m. We are still on hold for wind and occasional sprinkles.

The only good thing about the situation is that the wind quickly dries the moisture from the scattered showers that have popped up so far.

The bad part is that the wind advisories currently extend to about 6 p.m. today.
