Cohen posted his second 0.007 light in a row and Stott was tardy, but Cohen "backed into" Stott on the top end and Stott nipped him by 0.009 seconds at the stripe.

Wells, as suspewcted, broke in round 3 and was unable to make the call for the semifinals. Roberts will race Stott for the Orlando Top Dragster title.
