Sal Biondo has a 0.13 CIC penalty; Doug Lambeck has a 0.07 CIC penalty.

Lambeck gets the starting line advantage and just hold off a charging Biondo by just fifteen inches for the win and a trip to the finals.

McClay has a perfect light and nails our new 2011 Champ, who is late at the green.
