POMONA, Calif. - The 60th anniversary season of the NHRA will come to a thrilling finale at Auto Club Raceway at Pomona with the 47th running of the Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals, Nov. 10-13. To celebrate the event, NHRA is offering a limited number of specially-priced general admission tickets during the weekend in honor of NHRA's 60th anniversary season. A total of 4,000 tickets will be offered to the public at the low price of $20 per ticket with 2,000 tickets available for Friday, and 1,000 tickets available each day on Saturday and Sunday.

These tickets will provide admission to the GA Grandstands located on the west side of the track, as well as to the NHRA pit area. This limited edition offer will be available starting on Tuesday, Nov. 8 at NHRATIX.com and buyers should use the promotion code '60SPECIAL' at time of checkout.

The Auto Club NHRA Finals will feature intense battles in Top Fuel and Funny Car as drivers of the world's most powerful race cars compete for world championship glory in the final race in the Full Throttle Countdown to the Championship. In addition, the most successful Funny Car driver in NHRA history, John Force, will be honored by NHRA as the official 60th Anniversary Legend of the event at the track where he clinched his 15th world championship just one year ago. The Southern California native is easily one of the most recognized names in the sport and will be celebrated for all of his achievements and contributions to the great sport of NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing.

Among the highlights of NHRA's 60th anniversary-themed activities during the Auto Club NHRA Finals will be meet-and-greets and autograph sessions with Force, the highly popular Track Walk with a Legend (featuring Force), the final round of the Don Garlits-Darrell Gwynn match races in specially designed dragsters, dozens of nostalgia cars on display and the John Force Ultimate Car Show, which will showcase 28 of Force's most memorable race cars.
