Berry gets a small advantage off the line and hangs on to the lead for the first sixty feet. Smith goes around him just past that point and pulls away to take the win.

Tonglet straps a big hole-shot on Johnson and makes it stick. Johnson makes up a little ground but never really got close.

Smith's bike stumbles off the line and that was all Underdahl needed. Underdahl went right down the groove and pulls away for the win.

In the next round it will be Arana Jr. with lane choice over Smith, Hines vs. Underdahl, Krawiec vs. Tonglet, and Arana Sr. vs. Savoie.
