Junior Fuel Final, Round 3 Eliminations

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Results of final, round 3 eliminations in Junior Fuel at the NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Racing Series, 20th annual California Hot Rod Reunion, presented by the Automobile Club of Southern California:

Lander's car doesn't seem to have reverse and the crew has to push it back behind the line. Forward works and he goes up to stage.
Enriquez quickly stages first and gets a big head start at the green. He leads Lander down the track until right at half track, where it's only 0.002 difference in ET.
Lander's power takes over at that point and the Chevy pulls on ahead for the 2011 Junior Fuel Championship.
Bob Lander's incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(-0.106), 330 ft(-0.045), 660ft(-0.002), 1,000ft(0.026). MOV: 0.0428 seconds (approximately 12 feet).

Don Enriquez's incremental times: 60ft-1.055 sec., 330ft-2.961, 660ft-4.599/149.31 mph, 1,000ft-6.023.
Bob Lander's incremental times: 60ft-1.080 sec., 330ft-2.925, 660ft-4.520/152.78 mph, 1,000ft-5.916.
