GLENDORA, Calif. -- Event in 2007 Since the popular drag racing facility in Norwalk joined the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series in 2007, there has only been one title rights sponsor.  And that title rights sponsor wants to see to it that it will remain that way for years to come.

NHRA and Summit Racing Equipment announced today a long-term title rights deal for the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals at the Norwalk drag strip that also bears the company’s name.  

“Summit Racing is proud to announce the extension of our title rights sponsorship of the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals,” said Jim Greenleaf, motorsports and events manager, Summit Racing Equipment.  “We are most fortunate to have such an incredible facility so close to our headquarters in Tallmadge, Ohio and to have a close relationship with the Bader family who constantly strive to make Summit Racing Equipment Motorsports Park one of the premiere tracks on the Full Throttle Drag Racing circuit.  We look forward to being a part of this great race for many years to come.” 

Summit Racing Equipment is the industry leader in the distribution of auto racing parts and equipment through catalogs and the Internet and is headquartered in Tallmadge, Ohio, a short distance from the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals at Summit Racing Equipment Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio.
