NORWALK, Ohio -- The rain has stopped and started at least three times at the Fifth annual Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals at Summit Racing Equipment Motorsports Park. The track was almost completely dry when the last rain shower passed through. The track drying process is underway, again.
