2011 Division 4 Summit Pro-Am Schedule

NORWALK, Ohio --
IHRA's Division 4 Renegades, will consist of 4 double events in 2011. The first of the four events
will be at Dallas Raceway in Crandall, Texas on March 11-13. Friday will be a track test n tune
day. Saturday there will be two time trials with the first Pro-Am immediately following the second
time trial. Sunday morning there will be one time trial (time and weather permitting) and go right
into our Second of two Pro-Am events. Run order for this event will be Hot Rod, Stock, Quick Rod,
Top Sportsman, Super Rod, Top Dragster, Super Stock, Junior Beginner, Junior Advance, and Junior
Master.
The second of the four events will be hosted by Thunder Road Raceway Park on May 13-15. Robert
Kornegay and company have really turned the place around and is excited to hold this event. The
same schedule that Dallas Raceway used will be in play for this weekend.
The third stop on the Division 4 Summit Pro-Am tour will be at State Capitol Dragway. Lanny and
Valerie continue to make improvements to their facility and you can expect them to go all out for
this event. Their event is scheduled for May 27-May 29 with the same format and run order as the
two previous stops on the Summit Pro-Am tour.
The fourth and final stop of the division 4 schedule for 2011 will be back at San Antonio Raceway
on September 2-4 after being off the schedule for a couple of years. This race will feature a test
n tune on Friday hosted by the track with Saturday and Sunday's event with the same schedule as the
previous events.
