MORRISON, Colo. - Notes from final, round 4 qualifying in Funny Car at the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, 31st annual Mopar Mile-High NHRA Nationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:

Left Lane: Jack Wyatt No Time, Now #16; No Prior Run

5:25 p.m. Weather conditions: air temperature 77 degrees, relative humidity 42 percent, barometer 24.32 inches, adjusted altitude 8,882 feet, track temperature 88 degrees.

Wyatt did a burnout, backed up, and he was shut off at the line before attempting to stage.

Left Lane: Paul Lee Runs 6.827/97.95, Now #15; Best prior run: 5.710/118.42, Was #15

Lee was skating around on the launch and he was off the throttle before the 330-foot mark.

Left Lane: Jeff Arend Runs 4.362/225.37, Now #10; Best prior run: 4.267/290.44, Was #10
Right Lane: Tony Pedregon Runs 4.632/201.52, Now #12; Best prior run: 4.341/280.14, Was #12

Arend was close to the centerline from 600 feet through the finish, and he was mixing up the cylinders at the finish. Pedregon lifted at half track.

Jeff Arend's incremental times: 60ft-0.926 sec., 330ft-2.381, 660ft-3.388/245.72 mph.
Tony Pedregon's incremental times: 60ft-0.948 sec., 330ft-2.455, 660ft-3.537/229.16 mph.

Left Lane: Jack Beckman Runs 7.390/93.97, Now #9; Best prior run: 4.251/290.51, Was #8
Right Lane: Cruz Pedregon Runs 4.238/296.96, Now #5; Best prior run: 4.288/281.30, Was #11

Early tire shake for Beckman and he was off the throttle before the 330-foot mark. A good looking pass for Pedregon.

Cruz Pedregon's incremental times: 60ft-0.934 sec., 330ft-2.398, 660ft-3.415/253.66 mph.

Left Lane: Bob Tasca III Runs 4.375/283.73, Now #6; Best prior run: 4.240/293.86, Was #6
Right Lane: Tim Wilkerson Runs 5.570/128.31, Now #10; Best prior run: 4.263/289.01, Was #10

Wilkerson overpowered the track at about 400 feet with the car getting a little sideways before he lifted. No visible problems for Tasca.

Bob Tasca III's incremental times: 60ft-0.940 sec., 330ft-2.459, 660ft-3.515/243.63 mph.

Right Lane: Ashley Force Hood Runs 4.375/298.87, Now #8; Best prior run: 4.247/280.84, Was #8

Force Hood double-stepped the throttle on the hit. A good looking pass for Capps.

Ron Capps' incremental times: 60ft-0.918 sec., 330ft-2.390, 660ft-3.408/254.81 mph.
Ashley Force Hood's incremental times: 60ft-1.086 sec., 330ft-2.548, 660ft-3.558/255.19 mph.

Right Lane: Matt Hagan Runs 4.161/301.33, Now #1; Best prior run: 4.242/285.59, Was #7

Worsham lost traction at about 250 feet. Hagan runs the quickest and fastest Funny Car pass of the weekend.

Matt Hagan's incremental times: 60ft-0.907 sec., 330ft-2.353, 660ft-3.352/259.21 mph.

Right Lane: Robert Hight Runs 5.130/147.55, Now #4; Best prior run: 4.218/295.34, Was #4

Hight struck the tires at about 500 feet. Force stays in the number two spot on the ladder.

John Force's incremental times: 60ft-0.925 sec., 330ft-2.379, 660ft-3.380/256.55 mph.
