MORRISON, Colo. - Notes from final, round 4 qualifying in Pro Stock at the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, 31st annual Mopar Mile-High NHRA Nationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:

Left Lane: Erica Enders Runs 7.042/195.19, Now #13; Best prior run: 7.443/150.11, Was #19
Right Lane: Jim Cunningham Runs 15.034/77.97, Now #20; No Prior Run

Weather conditions: air temperature 76 degrees, relative humidity 43 percent, barometer 24.33 inches, adjusted altitude 8,759 feet, track temperature 98 degrees.

Cunningham with problems early and pushed in the clutch...Enders with a real nice pass to get into the show...Erica Enders' incremental times: 60ft-1.017 sec., 330ft-2.911, 660ft-4.504/154.85 mph, 1,000ft-5.881. That will bump out Brogdon and put Kurt Johnson on the bump.

Left Lane: Danny Gruninger Runs 7.534/143.32, Now #18; Best prior run: 7.129/194.18, Was #18
Right Lane: Steve Kalkowski Runs 7.175/191.46, Now #19; Best prior run: 7.203/191.16, Was #19

Gruninger with problems and he pushes in the clutch early. Kalkowski continues to improve on every run.

Left Lane: Rodger Brogdon Runs 7.018/196.07, Now #8; Best prior run: 7.110/195.70, Was #17
Right Lane: Greg Stanfield Runs 7.053/195.90, Now #16; Best prior run: 7.052/195.39, Was #15

Brogdon with a great pass to get back into the show and that bumped out Kurt Johnson. No help here for Stanfield and he gets bumped back to the bump spot.

Left Lane: Kurt Johnson Runs 7.012/196.24, Now #7; Best prior run: 7.053/196.07, Was #17
Right Lane: Bob Yonke Runs 7.050/195.68, Now #16; Best prior run: 7.049/195.28, Was #15

Johnson goes from outside the show to the top half of the show...Kurt Johnson's incremental times: 60ft-1.008 sec., 330ft-2.899, 660ft-4.489/155.33 mph, 1,000ft-5.859. No help here for Yonke and he will start from the number 16 spot.

Right Lane: Johnny Gray Runs 7.002/197.16, Now #3; Best prior run: 7.020/196.67, Was #10

Krisher with problems early and pushes in the clutch...Gray with a great pass and goes to the three spot. If nothing changes these two will face each other in round one tomorrow. Johnny Gray's incremental times: 60ft-1.009 sec., 330ft-2.900, 660ft-4.487/155.81 mph, 1,000ft-5.853.

WJ with his quickest pass of the weekend and moves up the ladder a three spots. Warren Johnson's incremental times: 60ft-1.009 sec., 330ft-2.903, 660ft-4.492/155.58 mph, 1,000ft-5.860. Deceglie with a great pass to move into the top half of the show. Vinnie Deceglie's incremental times: 60ft-1.017 sec., 330ft-2.909, 660ft-4.494/156.03 mph, 1,000ft-5.858.

Left Lane: Larry Morgan Runs 7.016/196.64, Now #11; Best prior run: 7.031/196.22, Was #13
Right Lane: V. Gaines Runs 7.020/196.90, Now #7; Best prior run: 7.008/196.73, Was #7

No help here for Gaines. Morgan with his quickest pass of the weekend and he will move up the ladder two spots. Larry Morgan's incremental times: 60ft-1.019 sec., 330ft-2.909, 660ft-4.496/155.42 mph, 1,000ft-5.864.

Right Lane: Greg Anderson Runs 7.007/196.70, Now #7; Best prior run: 7.008/197.28, Was #6

Line with a great pass and his quickest of the weekend to move up to the number three spot. He is only the third car to get into the six-second zone. Jason Line's incremental times: 60ft-1.007 sec., 330ft-2.894, 660ft-4.476/156.06 mph, 1,000ft-5.842. anderson with his quickest pass of the weekend, but will stay in the number seven spot. Greg Anderson's incremental times: 60ft-1.018 sec., 330ft-2.904, 660ft-4.487/155.45 mph, 1,000ft-5.855.

Left Lane: Mike Edwards Runs 7.002/197.22, Now #4; Best prior run: 7.011/197.45, Was #9
Right Lane: Shane Gray Runs 7.005/196.64, Now #6; Best prior run: 7.004/196.64, Was #5

No help here for Gray, but still another goo pass. Edwards with his quickest pass of the weekend to move up to the number four spot. Mike Edwards' incremental times: 60ft-1.012 sec., 330ft-2.901, 660ft-4.487/155.78 mph, 1,000ft-5.853.

This is a great drag race to wrap up qualifying. They both run their quickest passes of the weekend and Johnson holds on to the number one spot and sets the track speed record. Jeg Coughlin's incremental times: 60ft-1.003 sec., 330ft-2.888, 660ft-4.468/156.15 mph, 1,000ft-5.833.
Allen Johnson's incremental times: 60ft-1.010 sec., 330ft-2.892, 660ft-4.469/156.55 mph, 1,000ft-5.825.
