BRISTOL, Tenn. - Notes from final, round 4 qualifying in Pro Stock at the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, 10th annual NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:

Left Lane: Robert Patrick Runs 15.356/53.20, Now #20; Best prior run: 6.899/200.14, Was #20

Weather conditions: air temperature 88 degrees, relative humidity 45 percent, barometer 28.49 inches, adjusted altitude 4,357 feet, track temperature 137 degrees.

Patrick made a quick move toward the centerline as soon as he let the clutch out, and clicked it off.

Left Lane: John Nobile Runs 6.827/202.36, Now #19; Best prior run: 6.830/202.36, Was #19
Right Lane: John Gaydosh Jr No Time, Now #21; Best prior run: 7.025/196.16, Was #21

Gaydosh doesn't move when the light turns green. Nobile will not get into the show.

Left Lane: Warren Johnson Runs 6.814/203.65, Now #16; Best prior run: 6.799/204.63, Was #16
Right Lane: Justin Humphreys Runs 21.815/33.87, Now #18; Best prior run: 6.820/202.09, Was #18

Humphreys with problems early and he pushes in the clutch. Warren will not get off the bump spot, so he will have to wait and see if this will hold on.

Gaines doesn't get in the show, so WJ will stay in the show. No help here for Yonke.

Stanfield needs to qualify better than Brogdon to get that last spot in the K&N Horsepower Challenge. He doesn't do it so Brogdon will be a part of the big race next weekend in Norwalk.
