Gray is 1 - 0 against Line in prior events. Line with the starting line advantage and never trailed with his quickest pass of the weekend for the win. Gray with another good pass, but slowed from his earlier pass.

Edwards is 4 - 0 against Brogdon in prior events. Brogdon with the starting line advantage, but Edwards has the difference made up by the time they go by the Christmas tree. This is a great drag race and Edwards takes the win by 0.0031 seconds (approximately 11 inches). Edwards matches Line's E.T., but will give lane choice because Line had the faster speed.
