JOLIET, Ill. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Competition Eliminator Allstar at the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, 26th annual NHRA Jeg's Allstars:

This is Hickey's first Allstars, he represents Division 4 and won the Houston divisional. Aragona is in his fourth Allstars, representing Division 1, and was the runner-up in '05

Browell is making his first Allstars start, representing Division 3. He won the Stanton divisional. Lambeck is making his fourth start, for Division 6, and his father was in the '86 Allstars event.

Browell went red and Lambeck picks up a point for Division 6. He faces Aragona in the semifinals.

DePalma is in his first Allstars event, for Division 7. Harris is in his second Allstars event, for Division 5, and won the Great Bend divisional.

Massel is the defending champion and is in as a blocker. Martel is making his first Allstars start, for Division 2, and posted three wins and three runner-up finishes in divisional competition.

Massel won this one on a holeshot. Bruno Massel's MOV: 0.0016 seconds (approximately 5 inches). He faces DePalma in the semifinals.
