CRETE, Ill. --
Pete Berner's Pontiac GXP has been given a makeover. The striking new design featuring the easily
recognizable red, white, and blue of Summit Racing Equipment was constructed by Greg Ozubko. Paint
will be completed by SD Enterprises.
"We're fully committing to the ADRL in 2010," told Berner, "and we wanted this new design to
reflect the extreme style of racing that has made the ADRL popular. The ADRL has a unique and
untamed spirit that is often reflected in the variations of the cars and their paint schemes. We
wanted the Summit GXP to be no different. I think Greg captured what we were looking for with the
lightning bolts and the paint ripping away to reveal the carbon fiber body. We're excited to get
this on the track."
This new design is sure to stand out in Extreme Pro Stock, and Berner's mind is set that the design
won't be the only thing to stamp an impression on the ADRL.
