BAYTOWN, Texas -- Officials with Houston Raceway Park have announced a "$5 December to Remember" Ticket Payment Plan for drag racing fans planning on attending the 23rd annual O'Reilly NHRA Spring Nationals, which take place April 9-11.

During the month of December, race fans can purchase and print online, tickets for an initial $5 payment, per order, with a valid credit card. The balance of the ticket order will then be paid in three equal monthly installments leading up to the race.

"We want to extend to our fans during this Holiday season a great opportunity to give the gift of Full Throttle Drag Racing at Houston Raceway Park," said HRP General Manager Seth Angel. "This flexible payment plan spreads the cost of your Spring National ticket over a three-month period, making the purchase of event tickets easier to handle.

"Race tickets make great gifts during the Holiday season for everyone, whether you're new to the sport of drag racing or an experienced hot rod enthusiast."

The "$5 December to Remember" offer is only available online through Dec. 31 at www.HoustonRaceway.com under the "Order Tickets" tab. Simply select the "Use Payment Plan" box at checkout to activate the offer. After approval, tickets will be emailed within minutes to print directly off a home or office computer.

Houston Raceway Park offers an array of ticketing options from single-day tickets starting as low as $35 to weekend packages in the Darrell Russell Top Eliminator Club and RV campsites.

The Darrell Russell Top Eliminator Club is the ultimate way to experience NHRA Championship Drag Racing. Amenities include prime starting line reserved seating, access to the members-only TEC Hospitality Center, daily complimentary refreshments, complimentary catered meals on Saturday and Sunday, and a special gift bag. TEC guests also enjoy special meet-and-greet appearances by many of the top stars in the sport. Capacity is limited and guaranteed to sell out.
