MOHNTON, Pa. - Results of final, round 4 eliminations in Top Alcohol Funny Car at the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, 25th annual Toyo Tires NHRA Nationals:

9:10 p.m. - Weather conditions: air temperature 77 degrees, relative humidity 74 percent, barometer 29.37 inches, adjusted altitude 2,695 feet, track temperature 96 degrees.
During the semifinal round, the rear of the body on Manzo's car was damaged when the pilot chute came out and pulled the main chutes, tangling them up and breaking the body. Manzo was 50 -4 in his last 54 final rounds, 32 - 1 in his last 33 finals and had won 22 consecutive final rounds coming into this round. Since the Memphis race in 1999, Manzo has lost to only four drivers and White is one of those drivers. White beat Manzo on a holeshot at Columbus in 2002. Manzo is 3 - 1 against White in final rounds.
This time, it was Manzo's turn to win on a holeshot. Manzo got out of the gate first, with White closing the gap. Before White could get by Manzo, the pair crossed the finish line with Manzo getting his tenth win here in a row.

We're up against the curfew here so racing will come to an end for evening. The Top Alcohol Dragster finals, as well as the remaining Sportsman rounds, will be run tomorrow. DRC will be here to follow the action.
