BRAINERD, Minn. - Notes from round 1 qualifying in Pro Stock Motorcycle at the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, 28th annual Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals listing lane, rider name, elapsed time, top speed, and position in order following run:

Left Lane: Buddy Robinson Runs 7.354/178.07, Now #2
Right Lane: Redell Harris Runs 7.310/181.18, Now #1

Redell Harris' incremental times: 60ft-1.107 sec., 330ft-3.009, 660ft-4.641/149.55 mph, 1,000ft-6.078.

It sounded like DeSantis couldn't get his machine into second gear.
