Adams moved to the left of the groove at about 330 feet. Adams started sliding sideways and he spun around at least four times before coming to a stop near the finish line. He was up on two wheels at one point, and he was flirting with both retaining walls, but he managed to avoid hitting anything. Lamb will face Sallee in round two.
