SPRINGFIELD, Ill. -- The Hampton Inn on N. Scottsdale Road, in Tempe, Ariz. will host the the Levi, Ray & Shoup Shelby Mustang Funny Car team, while also joining the organization as an official sponsor, during this weekend's Lucas Oil Slick Mist NHRA Nationals at Firebird Int'l Raceway near Phoenix.

In conjunction with the program, the Hampton Inn - Tempe will also offer a special rate for race fans during the weekend, providing a 20-percent discount off regular prices for fans who request the "NHRA rate" when making reservations directly with the hotel. Standard rooms will be discounted to $115 per day for the race weekend, while suites are discounted to $135 per day.
