Coughlin is 11 - 1 against Stanfield in prior events and Stanfield is 1 - 0 against Coughlin in prior final rounds. Stanfield is a couple ticks too quick on the tree and turns on the red light. Coughlin with the quickest pass of the day and his third win this year in eight final rounds. This is Coughlin's 41st National event win in Pro Stock. He has all but clinched his third Pro Stock Championship and second consecutive. All he will have to do is go to Pomona and qualify and he is the champion.
