Anthony Bertozzi has a 0.08 CIC penalty; Arnie Martel has a 0.11 CIC penalty coming into the final round. Bertozzi has never been to a Comp final, but he is 4 - 4 all time in final rounds in other classes. Martel is 7 - 3 all time in final rounds, he is 7 - 1 in Comp. Bertozzi is driving the car that won Indy.

Martel has the better reaction time, and he stays out front the whole way down the track. Bertozzi need some more track to catch Martel but that won't happen.
