NORWALK, Ohio - 2:30 p.m. - The race is now on a rain delay.

The race was proceeding on schedule, with just a passing rain shower and a couple of oildowns, when a very dark cloud passed overhead and the bottom fell out.

Right now it is pouring and it will take a full-blown water removal to get the track ready for racing again.

Looks like 1.5-2 hours before the next pair. We'll let you know if that changes, one way or another.
