NORWALK, Ohio - 3:40 p.m. - We are on a rain delay.

Actually, it's our second rain delay, the first featured thunder, lightning, hail, and a sprinkle or two. That one dried up in a few minutes and quick track touch-up had things ready to go after about 20 minutes of down time.

One pair of Super Comp cars went down the race track and this rain shower popped up. No thunder, no lightning, and the Sun kept shining, but it started pouring, heavy enough to make puddles on the race track.

The rain has let up and the water is turning to steam, but this one will take a little longer to dry up.

Once racing resumes, there are 14 Super Comp cars left to run before the Competition Eliminator cars finish up the Thursday schedule.
