Hernandez had this one wire to wire and 2007 winner Tindle is headed home. Joshua Hernandez's MOV: 0.0418 seconds (approximately 14 feet).

Commisso was away first, but shook hard almost immediately and it looked like he was backing up the rest of the way down the track. Pontieri made a nice run to advance to the semifinals, but he lost lane choice to Hernandez.

Castellana had a tenth in hand at the tree and held on for another holeshot win. Mike Castellana's incremental margins: 60ft(0.082), 330 ft(0.052), 660ft(0.049), 1,000ft(0.058). MOV: 0.0684 seconds (approximately 24 feet).

Rowe shoiok hard right off the starting line and Russo won easily, posting low ET of the round. He will have lane choice against Castellana in the semifinals.
