two National event wins, the latest at Sonoma this year. Carter has seven wins to his credit. Dean
Carter has a 0.06 CIC penalty; Tom Mettler has no CIC penalty.
Mettler has the better of the
two bad lights and stays in from of a slowing Carter to take the 2007 World Finals
Championship.
