Coan was the 2004 Division 3 Champion and comes into the round with a small .02 CIC. Richardson has won in many classes over the years and comes to the line with him in the Comp Eliminator finals.

Richards was hoping to get his forth different eliminator championship, but not this time. He has a better RT, but can't chase Coan's little roadster down before the finish line lights. Close race at the top end.
