BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Results of round 2 eliminations in Nostalgia Top Fuel at the Goodguys, 8th Annual Fuel and Gas Finals:

11:14 a.m. The national anthem is over and the first pair of fuelers come to life for round two of Top Fuel. Bellemeur's team has been through a bunch of parts this weekend but no one can deny they're quick. Murry and Bellemeur were close until 330 but Murry got loose and that was all Bellemeur needed.

 Car#-Driver(Opp'nt)-RT-----ET---Speed-----Car#-Driver(Opp'nt)-RT----ET---Speed
1 Rick White 705 Brett Harris

White and Harris was tight to 330 but the car started walking on Harris and he had to shut it down. White will move to the semi finals.

You could actually see the huge lead the Sorokin took at the lights went green. With his third 5.7 run in a row he also moves to the semis with his win over Stuart.

Harris gets in as an alternate and now here he is going to the semis. Schutz appeared to spin the tires hard at the hit and had to pedal a couple of times before the Raisin Express hooked up. That's the close of round two and of course we have oil at the finish, reportedly in Harris's lane.
