COMMERCE, Ga. - Results of round 2 eliminations in Top Alcohol Funny Car at the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series,
Southeast Division, event at Atlanta Dragway:

4:45 p.m. Harker gets the advantage off the line, then Sullivan quickly drives around him.
Sullivan starts to pull away at the 60 foot mark and extends his lead all the way through the
run.

Todd gets out of the groove early, the rear of the car starts moving around wildly and he heads
for the center-line. He makes a correction, moves back across the groove, then finally gets it
under control. Payne was moving around a little, nothing unusual for these cars, and he pulls away
for the win. Payne will have lane choice over Sullivan in the final round.
