POWAY, Calif. -- Olhausen Billiards - the manufacturer of award winning pool and billiard tables has chosen to partner with Scott Weis and the Barrett Enterprises Top Fuel team for the remainder of the 2005 NHRA POWERade season. The Poway, California company manufactures its tables in the USA at its 180,000 square foot facility. Olhausen Billiard' s recently earned the distinction of being a Consumer's Digest Best Buy in two out of three published product reviews for their Augusta and Sheraton tables

Scott Weis pilot of the newly named Barrett Enterprises/Olhausen Billiards hopes the additional support will help them run the table on the competition.

"We're very excited to have an opportunity to partner with Olhausen Billiards," said Weis. "Olhausen Billiards is a great company and they make a fantastic table. I know this first hand because my brothers and I have had an Olhausen pool table at our race shop for years. It's been a great tool to help us relax and take a break from wrenching on the car. We've used it for other things too. There's been more than one occasion when we threw a tarp over it and used it as a work bench. It's held up to a lot of abuse. They really are the 'Best in Billiards.' I'd encourage any fan wanting a new billiard table to buy an Olhausen. No bench racing team is complete without one."

The Olhausen family and the Weis family share a common theme, they both have been at their respective crafts for generations. The Weis brothers and the Olhausen brothers have both learned their business from their parents and still run these operations with family members at the helm.
